Jesse Belbeck is the Chief Security Officer at Overwatch Security Group, bringing over 20 years of elite military experience to the company’s leadership team. A retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant and decorated Green Beret, Jesse served with distinction in the 3rd Special Forces Group (Airborne), leading teams across some of the most complex and high-risk environments in the world. His background includes multiple combat deployments, strategic planning roles, and operational oversight of Joint Combined Exchange Training (JCET) programs worldwide.

Throughout his career, Jesse held roles ranging from senior weapons sergeant to company operations lead, and ultimately served as the Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge (NCOIC) of the Group’s training and mission support section. Known for his resilience, strategic foresight, and deep operational knowledge, Jesse plays a critical role in training implementation, organizational discipline, and scaling protective operations with precision and professionalism.
