Dan Urman is the Chief Executive Officer of Overwatch Security Group, overseeing company operations with a mission-first mindset shaped by over a decade of service in U.S. Army Special Operations. A decorated veteran, Dan served in both uniformed and contractor roles, completing seven combat deployments across Afghanistan, Iraq, Syria, and other regions throughout the Middle East and Central Asia. He concluded his military career as a HUMINT Targeting Officer (HTO) for U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC), contributing to high-stakes missions including the fall of Raqqa and operations involving near-peer threats.

Dan holds a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Dallas and has supported U.S. national security efforts in overt, covert, and clandestine capacities. His experience spans intelligence, cybersecurity, counter-corporate espionage, and executive protection.
