Frank serves as the Director of School Programs at Overwatch Security Group, bringing over three decades of law enforcement, investigations, security leadership, and protective operations experience. His career includes more than 20 years with the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, where he served as an Officer, Detective, and Sergeant, leading personnel, managing critical incidents, conducting investigations, and supporting high-risk operations, surveillance, and close protection functions.

Frank has also held leadership roles with the University of Oregon Police Department and the Federal Reserve Bank Police Department, overseeing campus safety, training development, K9 program management, major venue security, and coordination with local, state, and federal agencies. A Certified Protection Professional through ASIS with multiple instructor credentials, Frank leads Overwatch’s school security programs with a focus on student safety, staff preparedness, emergency planning, professional training, and building trusted security models that support the communities we serve.
