School Safety
More Than Security.
A Trusted Part Of Your
School Community.
Trained, professional, compassionate officers who become familiar faces on campus — people who know the students, support the staff, and are prepared to respond when it matters most.

Detection
The same officer. The same campus. A stronger relationship.
We assign the same officer to the same campus for the entire school year. Over time, the officer learns the campus’ pattern of life — arrival flow, student behavior, staff routines, the energy of lunch and dismissal. That familiarity is how we recognize when something feels off.

Our Approach
When seconds matter, we are already there.
Every Overwatch school officer is certified in First Aid, CPR, AED, and Stop the Bleed — able to take lifesaving action while EMS and law enforcement are still en route.

Services
Emergency operations planning & staff training.
We train your staff using the Standard Response Protocol from The “I Love U Guys” Foundation — a consistent, shared language for school emergencies so students, staff, parents, and first responders all understand what is happening and exactly what to do.
Campus-specific lockdown & evacuation procedures
Threat and vulnerability assessments
Drill planning, observation & after-action reviews
Communication, reunification planning & staff roles
Teacher & Staff Training
Prepared staff create safer campuses.
A strong school safety program cannot rely on one person at the front gate. Teachers, administrators, front office staff, coaches, aides — everyone plays a role in campus safety.
Situational awareness and behavioral threat recognition
De-escalation and conflict management
Lockdown and SRP procedures
Active threat response
Medical response and Stop the Bleed
Why Schools Choose Overwatch
Professional. Present. Prepared. Personal.
Professional
Trained, documented, accountable, and expected to represent the school with maturity and discipline.
Present
Not hidden away, disconnected, or disengaged. Visible, aware, approachable, and involved in the life of the campus.
Prepared
Trained in emergency response, medical care, de-escalation, situational awareness, and school-specific procedures.
Personal
Schools are communities. We build relationships, learn the campus culture, and support the people we are there to protect.
